We enjoyed our stay at Mystays Haneda. The shuttle service from the airport was extremely convenient and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our family. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a night on my way to the airport and I have to say that this place offers great value for money. The location is perfect as it's in close proximity to the airport with a shuttle bus service available, and also near the train station and metro station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-maintained with lots of amenities such as an ironing facility and electric kettle. Additionally, the dining restaurant served quality food with a good selection of Asian and Western options for breakfast.

Honestly, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Haneda airport. It's convenient for both international and domestic flights, as it is near the back of the domestic airport terminal 2. The rooms are spacious and come with slippers and pyjamas. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a variety of options. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service from the airport, making it easy to reach. the facilities and room advantages make for a comfortable stay.

We stayed near Haneda airport and the train station was a short walk away. The location was great with several convenience stores nearby. We could easily go to other Tokyo areas by train. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The hotel shuttle bus service didn't run 24 hours, and for flights after 10:40 am, we had to find our own transportation to the airport, which was inconvenient.

I'm a light sleeper and was pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of my stay. The room was larger than expected and the pillows provided excellent neck support. The "refresh room" on our floor was a great addition, offering comfortable seating, a microwave, and even massage chairs, all free of charge.

I felt completely content with my stay, with nothing to complain about.
